How It Works

1-on-1 Functional Movement Assessment

During our initial session, I'll watch you do some simple exercises, take videos, and identify any mobility issues and muscular imbalances. You'll share information about your health goals. I'll develop a customized training plan based on Functional Movement System (FMS) to optimize your program for your personal strength, balance, and flexibility needs.

Whether you choose an in-person, online, or hybrid plan, we'll be in touch every day via the TrainWithMe app. I'll deliver highly customized, audio and video-guided workouts, and you'll do them on your schedule. About Me

I specialize in highly personalized training for busy people who want highly customized fitness plans that work with their schedules.

In my 10+ years of training, I've gained expertise through education and experience in identifying muscular imbalances as well as weaknesses in mobility, stability, and flexibility. This is key to my clients' success because it helps me create super-customized personal training plans to guarantee they build a strong foundation and minimize the risk of pain and injury.

He not only listen to what my goals were but actually showed active understanding in what he built as our course of action. He was able to also show a high level of understanding body physics but also able to explain it in a way I could grasp the concepts.

We are still working together and have realistic timeline and plan in place. He is also very understanding in location and follow up sessions.

If he were part of a larger company I would stress he needs to be promoted ahead of peers. He easily brings more value than his sessions cost. I easily recommend at least a few personal tune-up sessions with him if not a long term arrangement.
